In the military, members are familiar with Operational Risk Management, which is the process of identifying, assessing, and controlling risk applicable to all missions and environments to conserve power and resources. Our model reflects this concept!

Individuals currently serving, transitioning, and veterans face difficult times and dark thoughts, often without anyone knowing or seeing the signs. We are dedicated to changing this phenomenon by focusing on the individual personally to help make life-healing changes.
We believe in preventative maintenance and determining the underlying problem rather than the symptoms. At ORM, we recognize every aspect of your being and are committed to serving you as we walk together on this challenging journey.

Our services are 100% free to all military members, active, retired, or reserves, as well as their families. As a 501c3, any donations are also tax-deductible.

Mission
Our mission is to help service members and their families reidentify themselves providing them with the tools they need to overcome obstacles and avoid mental health crises. Our mission is faith-based, meaning our morals, values, beliefs, and methods follow biblical principles. While we possess strong spiritual beliefs, our mission is not to force our views, thoughts, and ideas on others. Instead, we will emulate Christ with the mission to serve and love others, regardless of our cultural, religious, or ideological differences. Our ultimate goal is to stand by one another, letting everyone know they are not alone. We need to unite as unique individuals to achieve the ultimate mission of changing the world and humanity.
Vision
Operation Redefine Me can be as simple as a quick survey on a webpage that generates unique content or grows into a movement that provides conferences and classes in transition programs or around the country to meet members where they are. While we are currently focusing on the military, our vision includes reaching firefighters, police officers, first responders, and others. Our goal is to focus on our heroes, as they are the ones who often go unnoticed or unheard despite the sacrifices they make. These heroes are not the only ones sacrificing, as their families are also playing a critical role in their lives, making sacrifices of their own. Our vision includes being the secret hero that helps our hidden heroes and their families because they are not alone and should not feel as if they are!
Beliefs
While we believe in God to include the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which provides salvation and eternal life, we understand that following Christ is a decision all must make on their own. Just as no one can force you to receive help in times of need, no one can force you into their religion, ideology, or beliefs. We want to take this opportunity to apologize to those hurt by the church or “religious” leaders.  We believe everyone deserves to be treated with love, dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, culture, religion, or other factors.Â
