This page is for employers who seek to provide military members transitioning from Active Duty an opportunity to work at your organization. The Skillbridge program allows service members to work at another location for up to six months before ending Active Duty. 
You must be approved for service members to take advantage of this opportunity at your location. The process is rather long and has several restrictions. Service members sometimes need specific areas, jobs, or opportunities. Our mission is to step in as the mediator and ensure the member has an opportunity that fits their needs and goals.
As a result, we want to extend our network. Through a partnership with ORM, you can immediately provide service members an opportunity at your location and avoid the lengthy process of being approved.
