Our goal is to build our network of partners to have qualified professionals on stand-by to meet members wherever they are.Â
Through a partnership with ORM, you are joining our network of providers offering whatever services you can provide. Each individual is unique, with specific needs. Our mission seeks to build a one-source resource by doing research for service members. Partnerships eliminate the need for additional resources as we already have people on hand willing to step in and provide assistance. All of us must join together and make changes, provide help, and assist our heroes.

Integrity
Integrity is crucial in partnership as our goal is to provide hand-selected resources for our members. If our partners can not maintain integrity, ORM will not be a fit. We will not risk our member's safety due to the dishonesty of others.
Give
Our services are 100% free to all military members, active, retired, or reserves, as well as their families. As a 501c3, any donations are also tax-deductible. If applicable and possible, we request donations or resources to further our mission.
Love People
People are complicated. Often they are broken, stressed, depressed, and so much more as they react to situations. As a result, judging or condemning others is easy, especially if they are different or we cannot relate. We believe if you love people, peace prevails and change occurs.
Serve
Serve our members by providing outstanding services! We understand that only some organizations can provide free services, but our partners will do their best to supply exceptional-quality goods or services.
Respect
We all have different stories coming from various cultures and backgrounds. More often than not, it isn't easy to agree on differences or accept other ideas. We do not ask that you change your beliefs, morals, or ethics. However, we do ask that each person is treated with respect.
Faith
In an ideal world, our partners would understand faith and biblical principles. We desire to be the light of the world by showing the love and service of Jesus.
